About Yeseo Han, MD
For Dr. Han, the heart of medicine lies in the ability to make a difference in someone’s life when they need it most. He treasures the privilege of using his knowledge and skills to care for patients who place their trust in him.
As a family medicine physician, Dr. Han enjoys caring for patients of all ages, addressing both acute and chronic conditions while building meaningful, long-term relationships. His care philosophy blends up-to-date medical knowledge with attentive listening and a commitment to treating the whole person. He carries with him the principle, “to cure sometimes, relieve often, comfort always.”
Dr. Han earned his medical degree from Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine and completed his family medicine residency as chief resident at Chestnut Hill Family Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Outside of the office, Dr. Han treasures time with his wife and daughter. He loves traveling, exploring new places, and is an avid football fan. In addition to his broad family medicine practice, he has special interests in sports medicine and joint injections.
