HMG is now offering three convenient options for patients to access care from your HMG physician which includes:
1. Telephone Visit
Available for our established patients age 18+, you can schedule a telephone visit with your physician for simple follow-up appointments and conditions that do not require an in-person visit.
2. Video Visit
Available for our established patients of any age, you can schedule a video visit with your physician using a secure connection and easy-to-use technology. This option is ideal for patients that do not require an in-person visit.
3. In-Person Visit
For new and established patients, in-person office visits are available with your physician. Our offices remain open and we have taken the necessary steps to make your safety our top priority. We provide this option for those visits that require an in-person visit. However, we are encouraging telehealth visits where possible to adhere to the stay-at-home order that is currently in place.
